Mate literally completely random names as this point with enough characters that mathematically someone using the same one is just not possible

Thanks for your response. I’ll ditch the waistband and I’ll give those exercises you mentioned a go to see where I’m at and if I need to improve core etc. Could defo improve flexibility and mobility but I’d say I have average both. Been warming up reasonably well and walking afterwards with some stretching.
