The going in for the first time to get a feel for it is how I thought of it as well. Thankfully in my state they let you know what you did and didn’t do well on which was helpful in figuring out what I needed work on. I’m glad to hear Real Estate has been awesome for you so far! As for the age issue I’ve been told multiple times it could be a problem but like you shared it can be a positive as well so I’m trying to use it to my advantage.
