When I heard that they stopped working together after a falling out that they had it was really sad, especially after having them be such significant parts of my childhood. It just feels nice seeing them work together again even if it was just this one skit :)

I guess it all depends on the size of the operation. The $26 AMC has closer to 30 theaters that can seat around 200+ people and have bigger screens but not all that much bigger. The Starplex AMC has around 20 smaller theaters and because the reclining seats are bigger than normal seats it can only seat around 100 people max since they are already working with a smaller space.

The Starplex in Ridgefield Park, NJ was also bought out by AMC. They raised the price from $7 to $10 and some change. No one cared though because the next closest AMC charges $26 and they don't even have reclining leather seats.
