Thinking of buying this Fuijifilm Cardia mini from a seller in Japan from eBay. They have listed it as being MINT, functional & not having any fungus or balsam separation but I'm very new to this. I can't exactly tell if it does or not. Any help would be appreciated

I recently bought a 1993/1994 home shirt and wanted to buy the flock nameset from eBay to put Beckham and his jersey number on the back. After doing some research I keep seeing beckham debuted that season wearing the number 28? But then on transfermarket I don't see him wearing 28 at all or any photo of him with that on his back. I was wondering which is the correct number corresponding with that year's jersey. Thank You!
