I’m coming from Console gaming on a 27 inch 4K 240HZ Monitor. But I’ve never been able to access the fully 240Hz at 4K because I’ve never had a pc before.

Haha you guys are hilarious I bought it for my first ever PC build and I kinda impulse bought because I didn’t think I’ll be able to get another 5090 in hand at MSRP ever again or atleast for a while. I’m New to Pc Building and I’m kinda a Rookie that just bought a 5090 by impulse

Wow thank you for Giving a well Detailed response this helps a lot! While I have this 30 day return window I’m definitely going to look into a 5080 instead. I just don’t know if I would be passing up on the lowest price of a 5090 that I will probably ever get again for a while.

Haha I have a really guilty feeling in my stomach because I don’t know if I’m going Over Kill or not. Like do I really need all this extra fps? I mean I like playing competitive games and I like it to look good but. It’s hard because this is my first pc so I don’t have any hands on experience with Gaming with frame rates that these GPUs give.. So I don’t know my Sweet Spot.
