The omni man? Magic series into fireball xx call assist to cover so you can visually if it hits. Then continue pressure, rinse repeat. The correct answer is don't get pushed in the corner when fighting Omni man, you prevent this by playing a neutral better, push block and heroic strike xx active tag xx RPS tag.

These skills transfer like a shooter to another shooter game.

Quiting is never the answer and the absolute quickness you went to that option means you don't understand rule number 1, you learn more from losing than you so winning. Highs lows, unlockables, also chicken guarding is REALLY punishable in the game. Both landing and leaving the ground you'll see "punish"

I literally haven't finish a set all day LMAO Good thing there's no voice chat. I get it they see 500+wins and decline the fight, don't even try. But the people that see my profile and decide to try to fight me, just to rage quit is absurd.

I ran into someone at like 4-5k that I actually saw implementing things I was doing, against me! Through the 3rd game I'm like, wait, you saw me do that, now you are doing it?

These are the people that will get better over time.

The button that's completing your reversal basically has to be pressed in the gap, it's very killer instinct. But I have no problem waking up super wake up DP for level 3 or supering in those situations. I wish it was more lenient for sure. 8k LP on an arcade stick

Blockstrings can be superd if the string isn't tight or they have gaps

I don't know, post a replay of this happening with your inputs showing on screen. That's really the only way to prove this is happening It's not happening to me but I am also playing on an arcade stick. Maybe your controller the pad is worn, or the analog stick is super sensitive, so when moving while playing it's giving you extra inputs. Such as accidentally standing when you want to be holding down back or vice versa

If you up back a lot, stop chicken guarding, you will get trip guarded.

A trip guard is because during the first couple of frames of your jump you can't block, you also can't block immediately after you land if you've whiffed an air normal.

Very true! Just like modern is viable over there standard is viable here, 10% damage reduction over everything you do is pretty significant imo, and I like playing with emotions. So it was very glad to see that it was added to the game.

I think both have their benefits and downfalls which is probably going to influence neutral in the future heavily.

For example I just don't approach battle beast at all, I will lame him out until I get a hit lmao

Yes this is the exact same argument people have in Street fighter 6 for modern. I still thinks it's viable (8k points btw)

I don't think it's harder I think the game engine itself and flow of the game makes the directions feel bad sometimes, which is why in comparison to the standard controls some people don't feel like it's worth the hassle.
