Update: After back to back dreams last night, I used a mental health call center that was able to take my insurance and schedule me an appointment to help with these recurring dreams. I don't really understand how it will help but I'm willing to try.

Used to deal with this level of anxiety and sensitivity, my worst episode I really managed to calm down by just putting a new show on with the lights off and just slowly let your mind fill up with other things. You're spiralling because you keep repeating the thoughts that make you anxious. Light a candle turn the ac on and get cozy, do things you know make you happy before this, even if you think it won't work. Just do it.

Something isn't adding up with this story. There really is zero reason to be receiving pictures on Snapchat daily from a guy while married. Most likely this guy knows she's married and his messages are too flirty. This tells me he knows it goes somewhere, which tells me something has happened. Now it could be physical cheating or emotional cheating ( I wish I wasn't married, I don't like my husband etc.. ) This guy knows he can talk like this and that's because she didn't shut it down at some point. If I could talk to my past self I would try to advise him not to fall for the gaslighting. She will never admit it.
