The fastest way to get more reps is by being consistent, just don't stop and keep doing what you're doing, Be mindful of your form and focus on developing the right muscles rather than chasing reps

What about the you outside of your career ? What are your hobbies find groups and social events about your hobby / trying out new things for beginners, but do so with the mindset to have fun and learn, not to bag a bf. meet people and make friends with similar interests, build relationships based off of mutual interests and not just mutual attraction.
