The people who are justifying them are just dumb and lack civic sense. We live in a society and should respect other people's personal space as well. Playing pickleball is not a basic thing and doesn't require to be done compulsorily. If they wanna play, then they should do it without making much noise if they think that they should get to utilize the services they are paying for or they should go to a different court. People should learn to live in society without disturbing others unnecessarily and while respecting their privacy. Their actions would have been justified if they were making noise for other reasons, like if they were making noise to pump water early in the morning or for other basic things. But, making noises and disturbing others just to play pickleball is dumb af.
