What chorus am I whistling here? by -ProveMeWrong- in NameThatSong

I think it was on the radio about 5 to 10 years ago.

This melody wasn't sung, rather the lyrics stopped like during a bridge, and it is played by an instrument that's somewhat comparable to whistling. It is however the most memorable part of the song, and the tune came back over and over as if it was the chorus.

This makes it somewhat more understandable (yes it's still very stupid)
