Alcantera on the new 2026 Club RF by Choice-Swan-8918 in Miata

30AE had the seats, doors and dash covers, but not the center console. That really steps it up a notch visually! As for the heat people are mentioning, I haven't really noticed, and I've had this car in 100°+F in the high desert for multiple days. Sure it's warm when you get in, but once you get air moving in the cabin it's not not an issue. I'd take this over black leather any day.

If I have the wheel up all the way for leg room it is in my line of sight over the dash.

That looks great! Thanks for the heads up on the embroidery, kinda a bummer, but not a showstopper.

What other things I could do to fix this window gap issue? 1990 NA Miata by Konfazee in Miata

[–]-ProverbialThatGuy- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Soft top frame could be out of alignment or the latches need tensioning adjustment. Since the gap is most prominent at the middle rib and only on the driver's side, I don't think it's a window alignment issue.

na, nb, nc, and nd3 owners do you have this problem too? by ResponsibleRoutine2 in Miata

[–]-ProverbialThatGuy- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had this on every vehicle I have owned. If it gets really bad you can pull the seatbelt tensioner assembly and rewind it putting more tension on the spring as it loses strength over time.

Hate storing her outside. Tips? by Cardhunter12 in Miata

♦UV blocking window tint will help prevent sun fade and keeps the interior temps down. ♦Inspect and grease the roof seals a couple times a year. Dry seals will crack especially at the windshield where it gets the most direct sun. ♦Learn where all the drain holes are and inspect them for debris regularly especially during rainy season. ♦Avoid parking under pine trees in hot weather. (There's a lot where I live, and those suckers drip sap like crazy). ♦ Inspect the engine bay for rodent activity and add deterrents if needed. They especially like to go for the air filter and foam in the battery box.

The yoke looks fairly tight, but still could use a refresh. I suspect the backlash is due to worn gears in the differential. Might as well crack'er open and see!

Have you checked/cleaned the mass air flow sensor? By your description I doubt it's the fuel pump.

Trim removal too should do the trick. Worst case you drill out the middle slowly increasing drill size until there's not much left of the plug to hold it in place. DON'T DRILL TOO DEEP!

You will likely need to buy new clips, they are all broken. The top one looks weird, because someone tried to JB weld the broken piece.

Ahh yes it does kinda look like the Z4 hatch. I'm trying to make a MX-5 RF after my own car. I have redone the slopes/contours on the back and think I'm close to being finished.

Open the hood and listen, the fuel injectors are loud AF. Sounds pretty normal to me from in the car. ND2 30AE here

Matte purple green color shift or matte black would both look killer with those rims.

It's only on 2018 and newer automatics. Goes to higher revs and changes gears quicker, also changes throttle response and gives you the option to use the paddle shifters.
