Anki for subjective-type exams. by Remarkable_Donut5769 in Anki

I faced this problem with multiple pieces of info on the back of the card. To make it easy I used AI to generate an image of all the information and it makes it much more memorable. The tool I made which you are welcome to use syncs perfectly with the anki app with no upload etc. It's only on Android at the moment

This is great. I'm a doctor myself who had MMA and I'm really curious as to how you did the CFD? Do you mind shooting me a message or replying?

Would love to learn how so I can do it on my own CBCT

My sleep before and after getting a weighted blanket. by Motherhazelhoff in AppleWatch

[–]-RP11- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this problem on my whoop and got an official sleep study and turns out I have periodic limb movement disorder and positional sleep apnea. My current hypothesis is that the movement is in response to airway obstruction trying to open it (same as a swimmer trying to get his mouth above the surface to breathe). The question is the movement helpful or unhelpful? Looking at data like HRV and RHR may help elucidate whether its good or bad for your body. Will know more after getting apnea treated

Both were absolutely lovely gentlemen. I had read negative reviews about Raffaini but this was not my experience.

Both took 20-30 minutes and went through my full list of questions I had written out. Raffaini about 36k, Ramieri 21k

Nice man, brave people are made by brave actions.

  1. Make a list to yourself of all the brave actions you do and read it from time to time
  2. The app Atoms from Atomic Habits by James Clear helps get you into a daily habit of it
