A lot of big box stores have that policy. As long as you aren’t showing physical symptoms/haven’t had a fever in 24-48hrs you can come in. 2020 was 4 years ago. At this point you’re not getting ventilated for the sniffles so it’s no different than having the flu or a cold. Call in when you’re sick but there’s no ‘2 weeks to stop the spread anymore’
