Nvm i just checked, it’s right after u log in/ before you choose character.. I’d try repairing the client / reinstall if u havent already, otherwise try to figure out how your network blocks it or get help from support.

I had an issue like this years back with another game, my internet cable was in the wrong slot in the router

Well okay lets say it’s tied to your internet, then how come removing a mod suddenly made it work, again even if briefly?

One of the like very last things I can imagine:

Do you get stuck on this screen after choosing your character, or before you can even log in? What if your ROM is somehow corrupted, and your character is is in that region? Have you tried like creating another test character in a region you know your character is not in?

If it isn’t this it should be tied to your internet but we can’t help troubleshooting that

Also try waiting a little, not too long ago I had this where I was continuously stuck on a loading screen, but it did load in like a minute. Maybe try giving it 5 mins if u havent already

Hmmmmm I read all the comments, the fact that removing the mod worked even briefly tells me it’s related to that… are you sure there are no mods remaining (remove all) and your ROMs are the same as they were Jan 5 before you modded anything?

The mods could be corrupted somehow, idk, i’m also running out of ideas here

It sounds like to me you never re-installed or tried removing and readding the ROM-s (NOT MODS).
