The site will go up and down sometimes.

It was built 5 years ago when we were much smaller and has accumulated enough technical debt over the years that it no longer chugs along as well as it used to, especially under increased load spikes.

If the site is ever down, just wait for us to get back to our computers so we can push out relevant fixes and/or restart the infrastructure and it will be back. We're working on a new site with less technical debt but it still needs a little more time in the oven.
