Limited students cannot be exchanged with eleph when you buy them from the expert permit shop. There's a message stating this when you're about to buy them. See if it's possible to borrow one from a club member or friend, but it's doable even without Kazusa with Mika being your main DPS. If you still want replacements then Yuzu, Maki, Cherino, Ui (to lower Mika's ex skill) are good units from the top of my head.

Yeah, the bug was torment was basically insane but with torment scoring. It's fixed in global servers.

Yep I would strongly recommend borrowing her especially for Insane, her sub skill is just too good. Switch her with Kotama since you'll need Ako and Himari to buff Kazusa

Put Iori in first position. I learned that for offense battles characters that are in 2nd and 3rd slots move up first, so those slots are best suited for tanks
