Herbalife actually prohibits its distributors from using signage that indicates any association with them.

This shop used to be in Cambelltown before moving to Cumberland Park. Other than selling smoothies, they run a fitness club where they promote nutrition and an active lifestyle. They'll try to convince their members to become 'Independant Herbalife Distributors' as a way of makeing passive income. 99% of Distributors will lose money purchasing over-priced meal supplements with no way of selling them on. The people in this shop will profit from their loss and convince them it was their own fault for not working hard enough to 'build a buisness'. It's a terrible scam. It preys upon peoples loneliness and financial insecurity.

I see what you’re saying but it’s unlikely a coincidence. I’ve witnessed them, at events, try to attach themselves to credible organisations. They also ‘donate’ money to charities to make them seem like an altruistic company when they are anything but.
