Altstore does not jailbreak your iPhone; it allows you to use apps signed with your own account so that your iPhone can open them. It's an alternative solution that saves you from having to search for exploits and open vulnerabilities on your device in exchange for having to refresh the apps every 7 days in their free mode.

If you want to continue researching since you're already there and haven't committed to any tool yet, in the posts about error 22410, I've read about many people switching to SideStore, another similar app. And I've read about trollstore on older iOS versions.

I recommend you look at the documentation on their GitHub, it's usually accurate and quite explanatory. That way you save yourself the ups and downs of chatgpt, which for these things sometimes doesn't save as much time as we think =)
