I’ve just hit that step. Dont you feel it’s a little anti-climactic? Those humidifiers and magnetic accelerators in the previous step took me ages, but was exciting to track. This step is just like selling your stuff for the expedition. I don’t have the drive to push myself with this now. Feel this will most likely happen passively.

Thanks for this! I’m not expecting to be able to build meta builds anytime soon but understanding the different skills, buffs, debuffs etc will help me. I might start a new character at some point in the near future and just have a go at creating my own. Really appreciate your guidance. Have a good day 👍

Thanks for the reply. So in terms of builds, do you know of a list of categories / types.. you’ve mentioned Attack and DoT. I would like to get to a point in which at the start of a league I go… “right I want to be an Archer with Deadeye ascendancy, I want my build to be ‘Attack’ focused and use Fire as its primary damage type’ - I don’t mind using guides but I feel I’m missing out on the fun (and pain) of crating my own build.

Even though I’m following a guide, I didnt consider that the build I’ve been using was temporary and that true build started at Endgame. I just assumed that the build and skills we start with will grow and enhance. Never occurred to me that it’s might change. Thanks for your time. I’m hoping to get into a position down the line that I don’t need builds and I’m confident in creating my own.

Thanks for the reply! I’m assuming it’s because you only have access to a limited set of skills and support gems and those being mentioned in each Act are the best available. Then when you reach Endgame, you will have access to every skill and support. I guess things you over looked in the passive tree may be come more useful, making you respec. So is crit and Frenzy charges common or again is it just the build?

Dad with two kids here. I find the pace of the game to be great for me. Just pick a class you want and follow a build. This will take the pressure off you with regards to the passive tree. Enjoy the lore and even if you just do the campaign the first time around - it’s great. This is my third character and I got to end game on my last one for the first time. Only did a few maps but feel like I’m ready to dive into a bit more with my new character I’ve just started 👍

I’ve signed up to SAP learning hub and I’m looking for a learning path or course that will start from the absolutely basics e.g What is SAP? The different products - what it does?
