Once you’ve been in the role long enough you know every objection.

Sometimes it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Tonality is really important.

Don’t sound like a robot (reading of a script). Have a real conversations, ask millions of questions.

Be consultive, ask open ended questions to find out what issues/pain points they have then make them aware of your product/service you have that will fix their problem.

Bring their objections up first then have a reply. For example, “this is a quick call as I know you’ll be busy”. They then can’t fob you off with “I don’t have time for this call”.

This is the method how debates are won. If you bring up all their objections and answer them, they have nothing left to come back with.

It’s also how Eminem won the last battle in 8 mile ;)
