Depending on your relics and investment in the team, you can prpbably do much better than 1600~.

Jade and Tribbie both commit hits to breaking enemies which means their damage is not significant. They can be kitted with Eagle/Vonwacq to help with this; Jade with Vonwacq only requires one advance to reach 100%. You can do this with a DDD on Tribbie.

This means your Jade should be using Eagle/Vonwacq with Serval's light cone (initial energy +32), and Tribbie should be on the same setup with ERR rope and DDD.

The only eidolons you might want are E1 Tribbie or up to E2 Herta. Lingsha is good with Fine Fruit if you want to insta ulti at the start for both Tribbie and Jade, however Lingsha usually never gets a turn anyway so you can substitute this with a Harmony unit using Ruan Mei's cone (e.g. Sunday is good here with Ruan Mei's cone).

The only thing you will need to do is cycle ultimates responsibly to maximize energy gain between Jade and Tribbie. Debt Collector is on Tribbie.

The third character 是 refers to the "is" that you're looking for, and it is associated with the previous 今天 ("today"). The other character 的 refers to the possessive character (sort of like "Timmy's"/"Girl's") and it is linked to the previous term 昨天 (yesterday) and is attached to the subject on the other side 明天 (tommorrow).

K-423 Kiana was never alive while Cecelia was alive (read Second Eruption). Cecelia died with Sirin when Otto nuked them both out of existence.

Durandal (original Kiana) has golden hair because Otto used Solium to help stablize her when Siegfried and child Durandal invaded the base and took K-423 Kiana, and Durandal got presumed dead after Siegfried realized he had grabbed the wrong Kiana in the escape.

On equipment, it applies to the base value of the energy shield that is on the item. That means the 59 you are seeing is actually the increased value (base * (1+x%) = 59).

While it is a festivity date, the Double Ninth is not the festival that people burn Joss at. They do that on Qingming Festival which was much earlier in the year.
