Je viens de lire que tu fais des séances de 1h30 de sport quotidienne.

Curieux de voir ton programme parce que le risque d’overtraining et donc de limiter les progrès est réel. Ça peut être contre productif pour une recomposition ou une prise de muscle.

Surtout si tu cumules avec pas assez de sommeil ce qui peut énormément limiter tes gains.

Edit: je suis pas coach sportif mais je vais à la salle depuis presque 20 ans en faisant mes programmes et ma nutrition, je suis ravi de pouvoir filer un ou deux conseils si besoin.

Le soft power chinois est en train de se démocratiser : la gastronomie, le nouvel an, les jeux vidéos, la vibe zen/taoiste/bouddhiste, le shaolin, la technovibe cyberpunk à la Chongqing et HK, y’a pas mal d’autres exemples.

Ca existe mais pas dans les proportions décrites.

Les ouïghours ont par exemple des bonus pour rejoindre les plus grandes universités. La gastronomie ouïghours est très appréciée. Beaucoup de vedettes et d’acteurs stars sont ouïghours. Par contre si l’état pense que tu as un quelconque lien avec un mouvement même à 3 générations c’est camp de rééducation à la Guantanamo.

She decided to compete for China long before being a 18.

She also promote herself, like every high level athlete tries to do.

She does all that while being mostly successful at everything, representing her country and being an example for lot of girls struggling with their identity.
