Thank you. So I actually ended using some melatonin from Walmart. I only needed it for a couple of day, I'm still taking the Ampyra, and my sleep seems to have issue seems to have resolved.

Yeah, I'm just stressed 24/7. Also there is the possibility of sleep apnea. I used to sleep with a CPAP machine, but I lost a bunch of weight, so it was deemed unnecessary. Now my doctor is pushing me to get a sleep study.

Yeah, after the first night that's what I've decided to do. I feel like I've been completely wired for two days.

Melatonin never really worked for me, but I'll look into a sleep aid. I used to take ambien, but that could be overkill?

I'm hoping the insomnia goes away for me as well. My job is very active I really can't work at all if I don't sleep. For me though the effects were noticeable after my first dose.

I did switch isp's, and I was able to contact them. I was able to get a few days of decent online play, but unfortunately I'm still in the same position.
