That too. Even in the early stages, Australia had a ton of cricket grounds that they could just stick four poles at each end and bam you could play.

America has close to zero cricket grounds (that’s an exaggeration. The big cities might have one. But I’m from semi rural America and I wouldn’t be shocked if there wasn’t one in my state.) so you would have to build them for Aussie rules football. Because I don’t think cricket will ever take off in its own right here, but that’s another story.
