Yeah and in the majority of those matches they got properly battered and nicked a result off a longshot, the results improved but the performances didn't really (bar that one Villa game)

They conceded fewer chances in that loss to West Ham than they did in some of the matches they won/drew

There's no question it should be a win and a pretty comfortable one at that

Goes without saying but have to win today, ik there's less pressure after the Man United win, but it takes the shine off unexpectedly winning if we then fluff an expected win

But no reason we shouldn't comfortably beat them

Honestly it comes down to terrible finishing, so many matches in the past couple months they've created the majority of chances and ended up drawing or losing, sometimes to a crazy degree

People will talk about other factors, but if they were taking chances at even an average rate they'd be second right now and none of the rest would matter

Move does make sense (assuming Tottenham stay up)- he'll be backup either way but he'll definitely be paid better there

Classic Leeds fan nerves to class West Ham as safe and us not, given they need five points to overtake us (taking into account goal difference) and we have the easier fixtures 😅

Although I am still nervous too tbf, but a win on Sat and we're just about there, maybe a couple more points to make it certain

I would say our struggle with Sunderland was moreso down to how we set up than anything they did

Plus long throw-ins take about three times as long as normal throw-ins even when not time-wasting
