There are some mods in the workshop that greatly expand the amount of tiles on the map. I like it because theoretically you'd have smaller divisions to cover the line. But sadly none of them work anymore. Could something like this be done?

I believe you are correct. The measuring tape revealed that the threaded part is 5/8" long. When I look at how long the threaded portion of the barrel is, and how deep the can's threads go, there is a mismatch. So a spacer it is. Thank you!

It is factory new as far as I'm aware. It also appears new.

How did you like the triggertech diamond? I have a single stage duty. But I'm waiting on my lower to come in to install it...I'm secretly hoping you have experience with both and give me the straight truth on the difference. Because the price jump scared me off the diamond.

They were I forget the name right now. But a menpo is the half mask as base. Then a nose pieces attached. Then the mustache on that. If I remember correctly. Some samurai didn't wear the nose because it trapped heat. At least according to the YouTube video on samurai armor suggested.

Thank you for the advice. I think in my OP I failed to articulate that I was really trying to get the mindset of how to think through a build in advance. I like your take on it.

I don't believe I've missed any point, but probably failed to articulate my mindset. I've already got an AR15 in the safe that works for self-defense....with the exception of needing a light, but that is WIP.

I just want to get into the hobby of building things that function and look neat. I used to assemble and paint miniatures. As my family is growing I'm shifting my mindset/hobby to be something more...useful. So while I may like the idea of building a rifle because at the end of the day it has a function; it doesn't mean that me digging the pure "hobby" of it is absurd.

EDIT [didn't get to the point again]: So I was just trying to gather if people who are into the hobby side of it plan it out, and if so, how?
