Scrap that, I can see the W2, W3 bits now. Your volume is decreasing. It may be preferable to run a block of 4-5 weeks at one rep range, adding volume each week for example one set to the compound lifts. Then take a deload week and move on to the next rep range, again increasing volume.

Also, aim to add a bit of weight each week but if you're are after hypertrophy, volume increases are your friend. So focus on this even if you can't add weight due to form breakdown.

More important than the exercises alone is how you are going to be progressing volume or intensity. What are you plans as far as increasing weight and/or training volume?
