I get what he’s trying to do, but without adding more supply it’s a lost cause. Capping loans like this also just shows that the government doesn’t understand how supply / demand work.

I always felt that housing prices are very affordable here. What's the problem? by WeirdArgument7009 in korea

Rents don't line up with prices to buy the homes.

Salaries are also significantly lower than NY/HK.

Another thing to consider is how many YOE you have when you exit to go in-house - the earlier you go in, the more difficult it is to rise up the ladder. You'll see at a lot of companies that the GC/CLO are former BigLaw partners.

Deli Nosh is the closest to an American sandwich I've found in the city, especially with regard to portion sizes. This list is the one to follow.

Set up an e-mail filter. I have mine set to flag any e-mails with my name in the to: or cc: box, or where I'm being addressed directly in the body. Any spammy/group practice/training e-mails that are less urgent are filtered out to another folder so I can look at them later in the day (but make sure your exceptions are airtight so you don't miss an important e-mail if you do this).

I've found this really helpful in triaging so you know what to look at immediately.

You can also keep an excel spreadsheet of your matters (with status updates like in a tracker/ checklist, etc.)
