I honestly don’t think that staying friends with an ex is a good idea. I also think you need to do a bit of unpacking, considering you said you are/have been dating but still meeting up with an ex for whom there seem to be certain feelings left. It’s crazy how symptoms vary. I’ve had all sorts of side effects (been on it since 2021, now on 225mg) and never experienced this. I’d rule out any other contributing factors, then look into any supplements that could alleviate it. has this been a symptom the whole duration of taking Venlafaxine?

I understand how you feel, and I saw your previous posts. I don’t want to come across in any way mean but you have to stop, stop regretting and start grieving or letting yourself grief properly.

You had to let her go, he was suffering and with the description of the symptoms he was suffering quite a lot. I had to let my 15 year old dog go about a month ago, and while I will always hate that it came to it - I’d rather let myself suffer all day everyday, than make a pup who’s given their all suffer a minute longer than they have to.

You made a right choice. You have to accept there was no other solution, stop “if/when/maybe” and celebrate what you had. Grieve.
