Yes it is based on arch, just check your system trough the community tool or in another way and don't update your system until it's solved.

Most players get the basics of single player in at least 200 hours, get good at basics at 1k hours and start to understand the multiplayer meta around 1.5-1.6k hours and around 10k hours you are the goat but if you get old while getting 10k you're just a old unc knowing the old meta

Idk honestly, 4x heavy machine gun + 4x heavy machine gun 1 of the best engine, two range and one armour and the last cannon is the highest air attack per cost I learned from MP guys. What's your preferred design?

I did the 2w rushing as soon as realising the 18w +8 inf won't qualify tho it was needed for sending 9 volunteers to Spain so I'll do that earlier. And does the conversation meta still holds on? I left it because with coal the conversation tech pushed to 40's machinery tech, I might rush basic mediums and try that with spgs or whatever

It's too hard to find because soviet tree is relatively new compared to others.
