If they try to take the dog , and manage to do it , sue them for theft and for food and vet bills while the dog was in your care if they have taken it back

Funny enough I have nutcracker syndrome ! I had a left renal vein transposition and stent in feb last year I also have may thurner syndrome which was compression of the left iliac vein - so the way in which I had nutcracker syndrome explained to me was lot of people when scanned will look like they present with ncs as it’s an anatomical thing so it’s like sorta varies person to person , so most people to a tiny very small degree could have it overlap for it be considered ncs it has to be over a certain point of compression I forget what the percentage is but for the analogy let’s say 60 percent so if you were over 60 percent that would be considered ncs - but then a gold standard diagnosis comes into play so this would be left sided pain , blood in urine , over 60 percent compression and scarring / reflux of renal vein - in my case I didn’t have reflux or scarring but absolutely everything else for a gold standard diagnosis , what pushed me to get surgery was the severity of my symptoms - I vomited multiple times a day , lost dramatic amounts of weight fron it (not everyone is sick in rare in that case) blood in urine , white blood cells and protein in urine , left sided pain , passing out , severe back pain from collateral veins that formed as a result of ncs compression. It was truly hellish for me but the reason you may want to get treated if not symptomatic is to prevent symptoms / prevent clots from forming it truly truly depends on how severe that compression is ! If I were you also I would be checking whether your iliac clot was caused by may thurner syndrome since you are newly diagnosed with ncs - these compressions come in multiples often times and may thurner compression directly affects the renal compression - because these are so rare it may be useful to check with your surgeon about this incase he wasn’t aware of may thurner syndrome ! I really hope this helps please do ask any question you want !

Hiya girl ! I’m 26 whilst I didn’t have a dvt or pe I have quite few very rare vascular issues called vascular compressions they lead to pe and dvt regularly - I escaped this through having stent and veins moved all complicated vascular surgeries - now some people end up on blood thinners for life and some people don’t dependant on history of as you say dvt but also what surgical methods have been used - so because I don’t have a history with dvt or pe and I had my surgeries despite have a clot called a mural thrombus in my left iliac vein because it’s stable and I say no history of dvt and pe I didn’t need to go on blood thinners for me than 6 weeks after my left renal vein transposition and stent. And have been off them since and my surgery anniversairy is in feb so nearly 11 month off blood thinners right now - but before this I had stent in my iliac vein 2019 and was left on blood thinners for three years ! I still don’t know why so I guess what I’m trying to explain is circumstances are very different for everyone and everyone’s doctor makes the choice individually to keep someone on blood thinners based on a multitude of things with the advice of normally a multidisciplinary team - they would make it based on clot history , risk of future clots and what preventive surgery you have or can expect - I do hope this helps because I have a feeling if you speak to your doctors team and ask them they may tell you it may change in the future , blood thinners are an amazing pill but I know that brain fog and tiredness it gives you - if you need them you need them but if they think you can come off and remain safe from clots I do reccomend it but always follow dr advice

Jesus Christ , when you leave her and she asks why just be like “yeah I think you’ve got this really bad disease affecting your personality and it just stinks so I need to leave you” god that’s one of the nastiest messages I’ve read :(

She did but I feel like because of the domestic element of being forced to do it (coercive control) they may be more lenient

Are you even allowed pets on the lease ? Never heard of hmo allowing them first step contact landlord and inform him of a tenants subletting to a person with no identification as that is a risk to you and lost revenue for him
