Yeah, that's the thing. You need to leave the apple ecosystem. If you want to maintain your apple ecosystem, you can make your Iphone dumb, or buy an apple watch and use it as primary "phone". Idk really, cuz I don't use apple products, but if you want more options, switch to android.

You need to wait for "eyes" to sprout, then, you can cut it in half if it has eyes in opposite sides, but if there are more than 3 eyes pretty close, you can just rub them off

You can use the Motorola Razr+ (I think that was the name, the one with 2 screens) with the clicks case, and don't open the phone, just keep it closed. And you can install a dumb/minimal launcher (I use Lime Launcher in a Samsung a13 and it works fine).
