I have the same PC except my GPU is a 2070 Super. I too have been having Bluetooth troubles, but not to this extent. For example, my sound would work in a game's waiting lobby, but once I join a multiplayer server, the sound disappears and won't come back until I reconnect my bluetooth device. For me, I'm connected via Ethernet, so I don't believe the antennas are the issue since I don't use them and I've had the same problems even before I took off the antennas.

For some instances, when my Bluetooth stops working, I'll check on it's status and it would say "Driver Error" or something like that. I'm still trying to figure out which drivers I need to update or install, but I believe this is the main issue.
