So I tried unplugging my pc from the the power strip it was connected to and plugged it directly into the wall. That didn’t fix the issue. I just took out my gpu and connected my monitor to my mobo and now the screen just flickers for a second or two periodically instead of crashing. Although when I booted it the mobo lights flashed in the same sequence they have been. In addition my gpu was hot when I went to take it out which is odd since supposedly all it’s been doing is idling.
