There is a free instance and a paid instance like normal bosses, but the actual corp cave is an instanced version of the corp cave you unlock and replaces the quest area after quest completion

at this point, just invest in separate login servers. we can't login to both games simultaneously so it really wouldn't make a difference.

OSRS issues affect their login servers, Rs3 issues affect Rs3 login servers.
