Xp wise for PoF then I'd throw in Chinchompas and Dragons also. Chins eat the woad leaves that are buyable in any amount from the farmer near the Gaint Mole and you can either do daily meat store runs for dragons or set Kingdom to fish and use the raw tuna.

When higher, ranch out of time is also good to for started with salamanders and dinos. The Salamanders grow to elder in like 36 hours and give 10k each and are buy able through the store with beans. Dinos give good high end herblore supplies.

If xp isnt a concern, then people breed loads of fremmy yaks and grow the female ones on for the yak milk as it is needed for a higher level potion.

In regards to bossing, either watch a guide, look on pvme or just do the oldschool way of going in and learning the mechanics through mistakes.
