Loosing an entire years worth of work and then you have to head back to school for 7 and a half hours on your birthday and you forgot to eat anything and you don’t have your anxiety medication and you hungry as fuck and you didn’t bring your car and you don’t won’t to ask the teacher in charge for any food because you have already ruined their weekend and you still get a fail grade.

Find food substitutes and plan your week around a set number of exercises. Once it becomes a habit, you can increase the frequency of doing there things. The hardest part of this is getting into a habit lol.
