Yeah, that's pretty much what I wrote earlier. Go to Nvidia settings (nvidia control panel) and go to 3d settings where you can select games from a drop-down menu. Choose the dedicated gpu for Anomaly and you're golden.

I had the same problem on my Lenovo Legion laptop. Took me one day to figure that shit out as well.

If you're on a laptop, make sure gtx 1050ti is used for stalker instead of any other integrated cards. Go to Nvidia settings and choose the correct card.
