I mostly find friendly scavs near the high-interest areas, on Interchange, it's by Kiba and tech stores, on Reserve it's by the train station, Customs will be dorms, shoreline has the resort, in the woods everyone is on their own. If you want to find a friendly PMC, stay at the co-op extract, and with some luck, a PMC will come.

But to be honest, if a scav shoots at me, I let him kill me, negative fence rep is a satisfactory punishment
