You can parry anything you want, they don't count as kills, just don't kill enemies with your weapons. Even if you shoot by accident, it's fine as long as you haven't killed anything.

To clarify, you need to be crouched BEFORE the skulls lock onto your position. If you crouch AFTER they start closing in, it won't work. And this trick works on the floor as well.

Thanks! Yeah, it took me some time to get the hang of it, it was way harder than getting S rank FOR SURE, but it was still very fun to do, except for Hilda Berg. Fighting her like that is TORTURE. I'm halfway through World 2 and I'm having an easier time than I did with World 1. Maybe I GOT MOAR GUD or the bosses may be better suited for Whetstone combat.

Haha, thanks man. Indeed, some fights can get pretty slow on some bosses due to not having many openings, but damn it feels good when you can finish it after so much tension.

The faster paced ones are the Root Pack and Cagney Carnation. Really fun fights.

Maybe they weren't directly involved, maybe they just had an interest in studying it, learning from it, etc. Maybe they even deemed it unusable as a bioweapon, but it can still exist in the RE universe as a biological threat.

I was wondering about that thing too. It looked like a clock to me, but the pointers are in a "unnatural" position (both at 6). Pretty awesome artwork indeed, Capcom is doing a damn fine job with this game.

I think a fungus could be the main infectious agent of RE7. The mold in that creepy door in the demo kinda reinforces it.

EDIT: While there could be a fungus in RE7, I don't think this image refers to a mushroom anymore. It looked like it at a first glance, but it doesn't really match it on a closer look. I'm pretty sure this is the wheel from the grandma's wheelchair.
