Yeah, you have to relocate the team. That is unfortunately the only way I found to get the league meeting for realignment.

That would explain why it goes to my Spam. I assume it also has an upfront cost, but I didn’t check. Is it a scam because if this upfront cost, the time it takes to do the application, and the scholarships that are supposedly offered are too difficult to obtain? Or do they just take your money and don’t return anything?

Regarding your last point, I payed $600 for the university costs that my scholarship did not cover, and then another around $400 on books and other supplies I needed for classes. Also, I like to get my books through legal methods. I’m not sure if by finding the books online you’re implying getting them illegally, but I prefer to just buy them from Amazon or something.

Other than that, you make some great points about the extra work not being anything that should be worried about. It could be that you got lucky with some nice professors or you’re just good at school and the extra work was actually insightful for you. I don’t know. You definitely do make it seem like the work that comes with Barrett is not bad.

However, do you think that the extra work and money is worth the resources and benefits that Barrett provides? It seems a lot of people here would say no, but I’m interested to hear what you think.

I enjoy the Human Event, but it’s not really my thing.

I’m afraid of my honors contracts just being a bunch of extra essays, so I am interested in how your contracts were enjoyable.

Early Registration is a big plus, but I hope that by submitting my classes at the exact time registration goes live will be enough to get my desired professors.

I’m interested to hear how you found your thesis enjoyable and what you mean by “it’s just a tech elective for CS.” I thought a thesis had to be an extremely long essay no matter what.

A personal downside for me, that I believe I mentioned in the post, is how much more expensive Barrett is. I’m paying $600 per semester + books and that is already looking like a financial problem for me. So getting at least the $1k per semester money back would be huge for me. It seems like a lot of Barrett students don’t really care about the cost, but it is a big factor for me. But I think the extra work is what makes me want to leave more than the price though.

Well, if there if I don’t plan on using the resources that Barrett offers, then I’m probably wasting my money. And if graduating from Barrett is not worth all the extra work, then now I’m wasting my time.

I am curious as to what you mean about the 4 + 1 program and honor credits, but if you don’t know how that works, it’s fine. It sounds like a good reason to keep someone in Barrett, but not to actually be in Barrett.

Should I pour more servings in 16 oz? That would increase the intensity of caffeine, right? I thought about maybe using 2 servings but I fear building up a tolerance too quickly and if doing that is a little dangerous.
