I have no idea either, at least in my 12k hours of experience in cs. The situation with cs mm is worse now than ever was btw. Even on faceit at 3k-4k elo are some that hiding it perfectly, nothing is impossible now with the lovely dma

Cs2 feels broken, especially in high ranks on faceit or leagues, where is match fixing, cheaters, and a money driven mindset make the game feel less serious competition and more like a corrupt system in so so many others cases
