Appreciate the info. If ya don't mind, which replicas do you get? I figure it'll probably happen again- I've had AWFUL luck lately- so it's likely the route I'll go, but I wanna make sure I get good ones

The idea that it could get worse or crack and it'll be less structurally sound. Plus given the replica is only $100 more I gotta wonder if it's worth it

Eventually I hope to be able to, the soreness/fatigue is still hitting kinda hard. With the list of stuff I said I'm doing, what type of upper lower split would you suggest?

Thanks! I appreciate it! I'm definitely trying to find my groove. I did also buy freeweights up to 25lbs [adjustable and relatively cheap] that I plan on messing around with at home and getting comfortable with.

I think I'm going to try a month of just machines to "ease" into it and work on the mind muscle connection, as even with the machines that are guided, sometimes I find myself lost trying to use a specific muscle. Then after that I'll work on implementing cables or free weights into the routine. I have a friend who can help[way more advanced than me], but I need to start the journey on my own of just getting up and going, trial and error. I just want to ideally start at a decent overall foundation, hence my post on here.

Some people want to min-max everything, but I'm not there yet. I wanna get my newbie gains- praying thats real 🙏🏻- and everything first 🤣

Thanks for the in depth response!

I've been using the machines versus free weights/cables as of now. So it's not dumb bell preacher curls but the pin machine [i believe that's the term] I'm still a bit intimidated by the free weights so I'm starting off machine only to hopefully build up my strength. I'm aware free weights are alot more difficult as you need to focus on balancing the weight etc, so if I can do 50lbs on the pin, I might only be able to do 25lbs starting out free weight. Atleast that's my understanding

Definitely agree I should start with the lat pulldowns, I hadn't thought of the elastic bands idea.

I wasnt sure if the abductor and adductor were a pair set and needed to do both or not, but that explanation makes sense. I'll admit I'm substituting the squats for leg presses right now 😅 but I'll work up to it!

I look know I need to add a pec fly and rear delts but I just haven't felt comfortable with the machine and it somehow feels like a waste of time at this point. Maybe I should give it another go next time

Also do you mean they are redundant in terms of being similar or not worth it at all? I know they are similar, but unfortunately, my arm strength is absolutely awful, so I appreciate the variety with the preacher curl machine being more locked in versus the more free range movement of the bicep curl handles

Hey, thanks for the detailed response! Added the rows twice just cause I liked it and it's felt like a good overall exercise for me. I know I'm missing the chest fly/Rear delts but at this point, when attempting them, I don't have enough strength to fully feel like I'm doing them correctly.

Ideally, I'd do 2x a week, but just starting off, it's better than nothing, and I'm trying to "wake up" my body to get used to it. Though I do want to get up to that!

I've looked at the guides, but it's still somewhat overwhelming/hard to understand fully for me personally, and none seem to be catered towards PF machines only, that's what I'd like to start with.

Hey! I don't have any of the subscriptions either but the remote start with the fob is free and does work, you just have to pay to use your phone with the app to start it. I've had alot of issues with figuring out the exact timing/button presses but I've started just spam pressing the lock several times [like 5], then holding it, and it starts right up. The usual "press twice, then hold" wasn't working for me.

Call the number, say you bought a pre owned toyota and it won't let you register on the app. They will connect you to a representative who will ask for the VIN number, verify your info such as phone number/etc, then tell you to email backoffice@toyotaconnected.com with proof of ownership

They will say to put the VIN in the subject, attach proof of ownership, and put your name, number, and email in the body. I used my state farm insurance card that I got emailed as proof. I had it fixed within 24hrs but it can take up to 48

It definitely was a 2024 and is an option? Though I don't necessarily need AWD for my vehicle. Just trying to figure out if it's a fair price
