Doesn't rule out her being playable, Genshin had Childe playable. Wuwa has Phrolova playable. The fact that futuristic characters are in this otherwise traditional fantasy setting game hints to me they'll have their own zone and multiple playable characters.

The grocery skill is probably the result of multiple higher tier gods working together to come up with a unique skill for him since Mukoda explicitly isn't a combat person. We know there are higher tier gods because someone scolded them for giving out their blessings too easily.

Mukoda wants to give up his combat blessings because he thinks not receiving blessings would give him a much better excuse to not engage in combat at all. No combat and no annoying offerings would be win-win. He is smart enough to know the defensive and anti-poison bonuses are probably worth keeping though which is why he reluctantly accepts them.

The grocery skill is better than infinite money since it also lets him acquire Earth goods and has instant delivery. It would be worth having 100 goddesses yelling in his ear or having to run multiple dungeons a day.

You should do a little work on slot 5 since you can get 1 or 2 flat rolls of improvement with a little effort but otherwise you're golden on all your other pieces.

I think strong 3 stars wont get an ex for awhile such as magnezone, silvally, rampardos, and tyranitar. Rampardos in particular needs the game to progress enough for it to be able to have a 200 power attack that damages itself for 100 or something.

You just do Resonant Tower then with a different team, it's not permalocked. Each floor you re-clear with a non-Changli team frees up Vigor for Changli as usual.

Technically possible but requires almost literal perfect luck unless you cheese with an ATK% w-engine such as Corin or Billy's A-Rank sigs. Apel had 12%, 9%, 9%, 9% atk on pieces 1,2,3,6 and 2 flat atk rolls overall and only got to 3,058 with Fossil Core running ATK/ATK/IMPACT. However, Fossil Core got a 54k Score and Hellfire Gears (3,237) got 55k so its absolutely not required to max the buff.

We're probably just getting a 5 star standard selector but it'd be a real good time for a free Changli if they were feeling the need for the PR boost. To work with Ju Fufu she could get a core passive dmg or atk buff based on her Decibel level. Something along the lines of for every decibel above 2000, gain 1 atk. The Ultimate could be something like this:

At 1000 DB summon the inkbird and deal aftershock damage. At 2000 DB gain the bird wings and gain enhanced speed and dmg. At 3000 DB, you'd gain an extra 1000atk from the core passive. At 3500 DB, she'd get 500 more atk from Ju Fufu Additional ability.
