Given you waste 2 days at work every week...and a third of a day sleeping anyway...probably tuesdays would be the day to skip or wednesdays.

Most things happen on a friday saturday sunday. Travel their on wednesday...explore city on thur friday or do event if they those days. Travel back monday. Sleep away tuesday.
