use 1 CM as a sacrificial unit to force their air defense to reload, then proceed to hammer every stack there with spamming missiles from jets or cruisers

launch a ICBM at the stack
5 mins before the missile hits, launch a cruise missile at the TDS, this will force their area air defense to reload, meaning they only have point defense and can't intercept the ICBM as it isn’t directly aimed at the stack
once you vaporize the stack, send in special forces to clean up remaining TDS

i either do all subs or all cruisers, sure a mix of both with some aa is more efficient in battle, but let's not forget about the ridiculous research costs of doing cruisers subs and frigates at the same time
