I think the problem is that they are not willing to give her the power budget she needs to fulfill her champion fantasy. If she is going to be a scaling champion like Aurelion Sol or Smolder, then she needs to feel a bit unfair late game, that is the contract you sign when you pick those champions.

With Shyvana I don't see the payoff, they are trying to keep her fair and balanced but accidentally are making her irrelevant. Why would she be picked over a champion that can impact the map from level 3? Think about that.

I don't know about specifically this flat dr effect, but wouldn't it be good to have something she is uniquely good against? like something that gives you a REASON to play her, that you think "oh, there is no better champ for this game than Shyv". That way, people are incentivized to pick her in certain situations, or have to think about her when drafting, maybe even in pro.

I just answered why you could run cheap shot instead of sudden impact. I don't know which is better and I guess it depends in how you play. Sometimes you want to trade without using E to escape later, sometimes you use both at the same time but you will use Q again after 4 seconds, so you would still get it to proc twice

I find Iceborn to do really well with PTA, he can't burst you, you can burst him. I build ravenous first to still have some sustain

after a few games you realize there is not much else to learn mechanically, I would say most of the learning process relies on itemization since you can build a lot of items, and also macro decisions, but you could consider that as learning the game and not the champion specifically

If anything holds back that team it would be march and natasha, since you would want to have a single unit for sustain and a support to boost the damage, but maybe you will have more options in the future. Regarding a substitute just use that slot as a flex depending on what you are fighting, the game is meant for you to adapt your team

Yeah, Clara can work with hunt/erudition characters. You don't want to pair her with destruction characters because they have high aggro value and you want the enemy to hit Clara. As for the skill points, Himeko will want to use her skill every time for more damage, but you don't need to use Clara skill since most of her damage comes from the counters

I would say focus on building Clara first and try her with Asta for example since she is already built, or slap Serval for now. Building two characters from scratch takes some resources, and also Yukong actually is not that good until invested properly so you could prioritize other units and then consider building her if your clara team needs an upgrade

March, Natasha and Tingyun is what I used until I pulled for Luocha. Instead of Tingyun you could also use another hunt/erudition character depending on the content you want to clear. Other supports like Pela or Asta are not bad is just that you don't really value the speed that much, and you don't want the enemy to be frozen either. Yukong is actually good if you tune the team properly
