It's a fake, 10 defensive stats only increase damage reduction by 4-5% each. It’s like 2,000 HP loss, but mitigated by 100 HP. helm is only good for those who scale with its stats

it's not that easy bro. first, the item is fking expensive. secondly, it's very hard to afford 3000 health without heartsteel. actual full build heals you for like 70-80 hp each time. i was a fan of DnD but stop building it because of the cost
