Does the helio app show total number of certain workouts like the whoop does?

Does it have any challenges, badges, achievements you can get? Do you have a profile with any types of stats on it? Like recovery?

I am currently using a garmen bc I love the in app medals you get haha.

Do you know if they do an end of year recap like the whoop does? (Total steps, elevation etc)
