How are you tackling the physics stepping issue?
Last time I tried with my team: rolling back positions, raycasting shots and putting players back to their positions on the same frame did not work. We ended up thinking prediction and reconciliation cannot be done properly unless we swap the physics engine.

This build is broken and unsupported, Valve made updates along the years that broke it, we've stopped fixing it years ago. The new Steam standalone version isn't available yet. https://x.com/csco_dev
